Ar Raaziq Garments is a 100 sqft shop in Triplicane. It’s run by a husband-and-wife couple. While they did open the shop, due to lockdown and other personal commitments, they couldn’t purchase enough stock. For a store with a monthly rent of 10k, they only had stock worth 50k.

We gave them a loan of 1 lakh to be paid on 10 monthly installments. Their monthly turnover more than doubled:

In the month of March, we raised 3 lakhs on 60:40 profit sharing. Investors received 8.2% returns I five months.

In the month of September, we raised a further 2 lakhs at 50:50 profit sharing. They have hired a staff on a monthly salary. They have also increased the stock to 6 lakhs, a 12 times increase in less than a year.
